New Organisers for National Angling Show.

Mara Media from Donegal are the new organisers of the National Angling Ireland show held annually in Cloghran, Dublin, at the National Show Centre. Next year (2010) will be the ninth angling show and thousands of anglers from all over Ireland and the UK are expected to attend.

Managing Director of Mara Media Hugh Bonner said, “As the new organisers of the angling show, we are delighted to announce that the show will take place on 13-14th February 2010.

Former Ireland soccer manager Jack Charlton will open the show and be present through the opening day.

There will also be a host of other angling personalities such as SKY TV’s angling superstar Matt Hayes accompanied by a number of other top anglers in game, course and sea angling to make Ireland’s biggest angling show one not to be missed.

”The venue for the show is very accessible close to Dublin airport and we offer free parking for the day.

There will be a wide range of businesses selling their tackle and providing services, along with talks and demonstrations. It will be a great day out for anglers and for the family.”
